2. Introduction

SalusFirst Ltd, herein referred to as “SalusFirst”, operates as a Recovery Company Exchange, offering Done For You Recovery Customer Acquisition services. This contract outlines the terms and conditions for the exclusive ownership of designated areas by the Recovery Company listed above.

The Recovery Company listed above has purchased exclusive rights to operate in the following areas:

4. Service Provision by SalusFirst

In return for purchasing exclusive area ownership, SalusFirst agrees to provide the following services:

  • Implementation of paid and organic campaigns to attract customers.
  • Money-back guarantee if the generated revenue does not double the investment within the specified time frame.
  • Generation of incoming calls, either by forwarding directly to the area owner or by passing customer details to the area owner.
  • Ongoing optimization of website, Google My Business, and social media pages.
  • Training and support to enhance business growth, including attendance at scheduled meetings with success managers.
  • Coordination of customer inquiries and timelines to ensure prompt service delivery.

5. Terms of Money-back Guarantee

To maintain eligibility for the money-back guarantee, the Recovery Company must adhere to the following terms:

  • Answer all calls forwarded by us promptly. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £85 per unanswered call towards your sales target.
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly subscription fees.
  • Maintain continuous operation in the recovery business.
  • In the event of loss or incapability to operate your recovery truck, notify us promptly.
  • Allocate time for our teams to enhance your business growth through training and feedback sessions. Attendance at these sessions, conducted by your success manager, is mandatory. Meetings may be live or recorded for your convenience.
  • Respect timelines provided when our sales team forwards calls to you. Inaccurate timelines, unless justified by exceptional circumstances, will impact your sales targets.
  • Grant access to your website, Google My Business, and social media pages for optimization purposes and to manage customer reviews effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of this contract. Any breach of confidentiality will invalidate our sales guarantee.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or natural disasters.

7. Onboarding Process

Upon reservation of postcodes, the following steps will occur:

  • Receipt of this contract for signature.
  • Consultation with an onboarding specialist to assess business needs and goals.
  • Creation and deployment of necessary assets for customer acquisition. This will include setting up Website(s), design, content and deployment. 
  • Localised Geo location funnels creation, management and optimization 
  • SEO optimization for Local SEO and for Native SEO
  • Initiation of paid campaigns after asset creation.

Once you have purchased your area(s), our teams will start working on the building of the above assets. During the building phase you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee per postcode. Once your assets are up and running and start to produce incoming leads, that is when your monthly subscription will start. Currently we estimate your monthly subscription will start from March 31, 2024. You may start getting incoming calls before this date but your 12 months subscription will not start until March 31, 2024. 

8. Subscription Fees

The Recovery Company agrees to pay the price of [Please specify] pounds per postcode per month for 12 months. Upon generating sales exceeding the monthly subscription amount, a commission of [Please specify] % will be paid to SalusFirst. The contract will automatically renew unless terminated with a 60-day notice.

9. Standard Contractual Terms

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged in confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
